Welcome to RightWay Canada, your trusted partner in navigating Canada’s Express Entry immigration system. With our team of top rated Express Entry consultants, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve your Canadian immigration goals smoothly and efficiently.

Canada has one of the most positive immigration policies in the world and welcomes more than 500,000 new immigrants each year. According to an international survey conducted recently, 53 percent of adults in the world’s 24 leading countries said they would immigrate to Canada. While Canada offers a great choice of both Federal and Provincial immigration programs, immigration to Canada has become increasingly popular due to the main driver of the Canadian immigration system – Express Entry.

Without a cap on the number of applications being accepted for processing, applicants can submit their Express Entry profiles at any time without being concerned that the program will close or fill up before their application is completed. Express Entry candidates receive priority processing and increased accessibility for candidates with a valid job offer from a broader range of skilled occupations matching a certain NOC code. This gives eligible applicants the chance to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA), settle in Canada permanently, and receive a Canadian Permanent Residency (PR). Upon receiving an invitation to apply, candidates will be required to submit additional forms and files like medical exams, police certificates, and biometrics.

All immigration programs managed under the Express Entry system have different eligibility criteria. The programs are the Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class.  Thus, the ability to qualify under one of these categories is the first requirement under Express Entry. Applicants are advised to check all the details and the eligibility requirements of each program.

Navigating the Express Entry system can be complex and daunting, but with our team of top rated immigration consultants by your side, the process becomes much smoother. Express Entry Pool of Candidates

Express Entry is a system that involves two steps: 1. Create and complete an online Express Entry profile, and be placed in a pool of candidates, and 2. Receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence from IRCC. Candidates in the pool are ranked using a point-based system (CRS). Getting into Express Entry doesn’t guarantee an invitation to apply, since applicants have to meet all eligibility and admissibility requirements. Upon entering the pool, candidates are assigned a CRS score based on education, specific TEER category either foreign or Canadian work experience, language proficiency (IELTS, CELPIP, or TEF assessment of CLB level), and other criteria. To boost their CRS scores, applicants may be eligible for a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). You can learn more about programs managed by Express Entry Ontario provincial streams.  The three Express Entry streams that are managed by the OINP are the Human Capital Priorities Stream, the French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, and the Federal Skilled Trades Program.

The highest-ranking candidates are regularly selected from the draw and invited to apply for a Canadian Permanent Resident status to contribute to the economic goals set by IRCC.
